Winner, Audience Choice Award, Heartland Film Festival

"Refugee" received the honor of winning the Audience Choice Award for Documentary Shorts at the Heartland Film Festival in Indianapolis. As part of "Shorts Finalists Block 1" the film screened four times in a block of five narrative and animated shorts.
